Asiatrust Bank's Retail Banking Sector recently tied up with Globe Telecom's Enterprise Business Group (EBG)'s wireless arm, GlobeSolutions to provide the Bank with the TxtConnect service.
TxtConnect enables fast, efficient and affordable communications as it allows corporations to send high-volume text broadcasts to pre-registered recipients such as their employees, dealers or customers.
With TxtConnect, messages can be tailor fit to a group of recipients and sent via SMS in bulk of up to thousands of people at a time. Recipients can also immediately reply by text as well, allowing two way communication with recipients.
This service also many more useful features for corporations such as: generating reports on sent and received messages, sending messages in real time or on a set schedule and transmitting system-generated messages as SMS.
Asiatrust will primarily be using TxtConnect to keep their clients updated on important news and time sensitive promos instantly via SMS through TxtConnect. In the future, there are plans for this product to be used to remind clients of their maturities in placements and loans.
